摘 要:针对U型钢-混凝土组合梁交叉节点处U型钢腹板传力路径中断、节点受力复杂、现有钢筋过渡节点现场焊接量大的难题,提出了L形连接板传递钢腹板内力的新型节点(LLTC),对节点抗弯性能进行了试验研究。LLTC由套筒、L形连接板和套丝钢筋组成,与焊接钢筋型纵向过渡钢筋(WLTR)传递钢腹板内力的传统梁交叉节点(WLTR-UCJs)相比,LLTC能够有效传递钢腹板内力,且实现了节点的装配式连接。通过四端简支静力试验,研究了WLTR-UCJs和装配连接型U型钢-混凝土组合梁交叉节点(LLTC-UCJs)的抗弯性能,明晰了纵向传力构件形式、WLTR直径、LLTC套丝钢数量和LLTC套丝钢强度等对节点承载能力与变形能力的影响。试验结果表明,WLTR-UCJs的破坏模式为钢腹板屈曲和顶部纵向钢筋屈曲,LLTC-UCJs的破坏模式为U型钢翼缘屈服。与WLTR-UCJs相比,LLTC-UCJs的受压区材料屈曲程度较低,具有更高的承载力和更强的变形能力。In order to solve the problems of interrupting the force transmission path of the U-shaped web at the cross joint of the U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam,the complex force of the joint,and the large amount of on-site welding of the existing welded steel bar transition joint,a new type of joint(LLTC)for the L-shaped connecting plate to transmit the internal force of the steel web was proposed,and the bending performance of the joint was tested.The LLTC consists of sleeves,L-shaped connection plates and threaded rebars installed on the steel web using sleeves and L-shaped connection plates.Compared with the conventional cross joints which transmit internal force of steel web by welded longitudinal transition rebar(WLTR),the LLTC cross joints transfer eccentric internal force within the steel web,and achieve prefabricated connection of joints.Through static loading experiments with four simply-supported ends,this paper investigated the flexural behaviors of the WLTR cross joints and the LLTC cross joints.The influence of the type of longitudinal transition components,the diameter of WLTR,the number of threaded rebars of LLTC and the strength grades of threaded rebars of LLTC on the load-carrying capacity and deformability of beam cross joints were studied.Experimental results showed that the failure modes of WLTR-UCJs are the buckling of steel web and the buckling of top longitudinal rebar,while the failure mode of LLTC-UCJs is the yielding of steel flange.The LLTC cross joints have higher load-carrying capacity and better ductility than WLTR cross joints due to the less pronounced buckling of the compressive zone.
