摘 要:随着国内新能源汽车产业的迅速崛起,用于电池电解液的碳酸二甲酯(DMC)需求强劲。采用甲醇气相氧化羰基化法生产碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的核心设备是脱轻塔,因其内部介质含有氯化氢(HCL)气体,导致原有钛材塔内件腐蚀严重,塔内件使用寿命短,严重影响碳酸二甲酯(DMC)装置的正常运行。通过采用碳纤维复合材料塔内件进行替换,设备的使用寿命大大延长,检修周期延长,应用效果良好,非常值得推广。本文阐述了碳纤维复合材料在脱轻塔内的使用情况,探讨了碳纤维复合材料塔内件的优缺点,对比了不同材料塔内件的耐腐蚀性能和成本,最后结合碳纤维复合材料产品的特点,对碳纤维复合材料在化工领域的应用进行了展望。With the rapid rise of the domestic new energy vehicle industry,there is a strong demand for dimethyl carbonate(DMC)used for battery electrolytes.The core equipment for producing dimethyl carbonate(DMC)using methanol gas-phase oxidative carbonylation method is the light component removal column.Due to the presence of hydrogen chloride(HCL)gas in its internal medium,the original titanium column internals are severely corroded,resulting in a short service life and seriously affecting the normal operation of the DMC equipment.By replacing the internals of the column with carbon fiber composite materials,the service life of the equipment is greatly extended,the maintenance cycle is prolonged,and the application effect is good,which is very worthy of promotion.This paper elaborates on the use of carbon fiber composite materials in the light component removal column,explores the advantages and disadvantages of column internals made of carbon fiber composite material,compares the corrosion resistance and cost of column internals made of different materials,and finally,based on the characteristics of carbon fiber composite material products,looks forward to the application of carbon fiber composite materials in the field of chemical industry.
