摘  要:本文对烧碱三效逆流和三效顺流蒸发工艺的技术特点进行了对比,利用Aspen Plus V10定量分析了两种工艺对加热热源生蒸汽质和量的需求,并分析了传热温差和原料碱温度两个参数对蒸汽质和量需求的影响,为工程设计中蒸发流程的选择提供参考。This paper compares the technical characteristics of the three effect counter current and three effect concurrent evaporation processes for caustic soda.Aspen Plus V10 is used to quantitatively analyze the requirements for the quality and quantity of steam generated by heating source in two processes.The impact of two parameters,heat transfer temperature difference and raw material alkali temperature,on the requirements for steam quality and quantity is analyzed,providing reference for the selection of evaporation process flow in engineering design.
