裙座与封头的焊接型式对裙座应力的影响及研究

摘  要:本文分别对常规裙座、带凸台裙座两种裙座焊接型式进行对比研究,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS WORKBENCH,考察裙座与封头的焊接型式对裙座应力的影响。结果表明,同常规裙座相比,带凸台裙座焊接型式能够有效改善裙座与设备封头焊缝处的应力水平。同时,进一步考察了环境温度的取值对不同焊接型式裙座应力的影响,分析结果为裙座应力的计算提供了参考,为裙座与封头焊接型式的选取提供了建议。This paper conducts a comparative study on two types of skirt welding:conventional skirts and skirts with steps.Utilizing the finite element analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH,the impact of the welding type between the skirt and the head on the stress of the skirt is analyzed.The results show that compared with conventional skirts,the welding type of skirt with steps can effectively improve the stress level at the weld seam between the skirt and the equipment head.Additionally,it is further ex⁃amined the influence of environmental temperature values on the stress of skirts with different welding types.The analysis results offer valuable insights for calculating skirt stress and provide recommendations for se⁃lecting the appropriate welding type between skirts and heads.
