摘 要:俄罗斯及中亚地区近年来成为我国在海外重要的化工市场,中方在俄罗斯参与了多个化工项目,包括低温液化气体储罐项目,俄罗斯低温液化气体储罐标准是参考的欧洲标准体系。为了更好地推动俄罗斯及欧标体系使用地区的液化气体储罐项目,本文结合正在建设中的俄罗斯某乙烯低温储罐项目,对国标GB/T 26978-2021与欧标EN 14620-2006在低温液化气体储罐设计建造方面要求的差异进行分析,包括材料选择、壁厚要求、冲击实验要求、化学成分、制造要求以及试压置换等。对比分析结果可为中国承包商在俄罗斯及欧标体系使用地区承接低温液化气体储罐项目提供参考。Russia and Central Asia have emerged as significant overseas chemical markets for China in recent years.Chinese company has been involved in numerous chemical projects in Russia,including cryogenic liquefied gas storage tank projects.The Russian standard for cryogenic liquefied gas storage tanks is based on the European standard system.In order to better promote liquefied gas storage tank projects in regions where Rus⁃sia and the European standard system are used,based on a specific eth⁃ylene cryogenic storage tank project currently under construction in Rus⁃sia,this paper analyzes the differences between the national standard GB/T26978-2021 and the European standard EN14620-2006 in terms of design and construction requirements for cryogenic liquefied gas stor⁃age tanks,including material selection,wall thickness requirements,im⁃pact test requirements,chemical composition,manufacturing require⁃ments and pressure test replacement.The comparative analysis results can provide a reference for Chinese contractors undertaking cryogenic liquefied gas storage tank projects in Russia and regions where the Rus⁃sian and European standard systems are applied.
