摘  要:针对脉搏信号幅值微弱易受干扰等问题,设计一款高纯度脉搏信号处理电路.首先,通过轨对轨满摆20dB放大器,对信号进行前置放大和二次放大,使信号达到易处理幅值.其次,采用基于UAF42的工频陷波器去除电力系统中的工频干扰.最后,设计八阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器应用于脉搏信号处理中,滤波器采用Sallen-Key拓扑结构以减少电路元件使用.实验结果表明,处理电路能有效抑制工频干扰且中心频率±0.5 Hz可调,巴特沃斯低通滤波器能在不丢失原始信号的前提下去除高频噪声,以硬件方式实现脉搏信号的放大与提纯.To address the challenges associated with inadequate pulse signal amplitude and susceptibility to interference,this paper presents the design of a high-purity pulse signal processing circuit.Firstly,employing a rail-to-rail,full-swing 20 dB amplifier,the signal is pre-amplified and subsequently re-amplified to facilitate optimal processing amplitude.Secondly,a notch filter,based on the UAF42,is utilized to eliminate power frequency interference within the power system.Finally,an eighth-order Butterworth low-pass filter is designed for pulse signal processing,utilizing a Sallen-Key topology to minimize the number of circuit components.The test results demonstrate that the processing circuit effectively suppresses power frequency interference,with an adjustable center frequency of±0.5 Hz.Furthermore,the Butterworth low-pass filter effectively removes high-frequency noise without compromising the integrity of the original signal,thereby enhancing both the hardware amplification and purification of pulse signals.
