摘　　要：水利工程是国民经济的重要组成部分,对于国家经济的发展和人民生产生活的改善起着重要作用。结合水利工程各个阶段的实际情况,开展造价控制问题的思考和问题措施的研究,利于提升水利工程整体造价控制工作水平,对于提升工程项目经济效益、社会效益和参建单位的管理水平等有十分重要的促进作用。本文以施工企业承接的水利工程为例,通过落实全过程造价控制的方式有效提高了企业经济效益。Water conservancy project is an important part of the national economy,and plays an important role in the development of national economy and the improvement of people's production and life.Combined with the actual situation in each stage of water conservancy project,the researches on cost control problem and measures are conducive to improving the overall cost control level of water conservancy project,and have a very important role in promoting the economic benefits and social benefits of the project as well as management level of the participating units.This paper takes the water conservancy project undertaken by the construction enterprise as an example to effectively improve the economic benefits of the enterprise by implementing the whole-process cost control.
