摘　　要：在电力系统建设中,送变电线路工程至关重要,其施工管理质量直接关系到整个项目的成功与否。本文针对一项总长946km的输电工程进行探究,详细论述了基础施工、塔杆建设和架线工作等关键环节的管理重点,并提出相应的管理措施。特别强调了在特殊气候和复杂地形条件下,如何通过科学的施工方案和严格的质量控制,确保施工进度和安全的问题。In the construction of electric power system,the power transmission and transformation line project is very important,and the quality of construction management is directly related to the success of the whole project.This paper explores a power transmission project with a total length of 946km,discusses the key management points of key links such as foundation construction,tower construction and wiring work in detail,and proposes corresponding management measures.Special emphasis is placed on how to ensure the construction progress and safety through scientific construction plans and strict quality control under special climate and complex terrain conditions.
