摘　　要：随着我国城市化建设的不断完善,建筑工程施工项目在不断增多,由此引发的工程建设与安全问题的报道也在增加。为了保证建设质量和减少安全问题的出现,需要建设单位与施工团队共同努力,实现对于建筑工程建设的全面掌控。基于此,文章从建筑项目建设单位的职责出发,介绍了当前建筑工程建设单位施工管理存在的难点,并提出相关应对措施,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。With the continuous improvement of urbanization construction in China,the number of construction engineering construction projects is increasing,and the reports on the resulting engineering construction and safety issues are also increasing.In order to ensure construction quality and reduce the occurrence of safety issues,it is necessary for the construction unit and construction team to work together to achieve comprehensive control over the construction of building project.Based on this condition,this paper starts from the responsibilities of construction engineering construction units,introduces the difficulties in construction management of current construction engineering construction units,and proposes relevant countermeasures,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
