摘  要:基于接收信号强度指示(Received Signal Strength Indication,RSSI)测距的研究和应用领域广泛,是物联网研究的热点。针对医疗机构中的患者定位和跟踪问题,提出了一种基于RSSI的医用蓝牙测距系统,使用STM32单片机作为系统主控,通过BT05蓝牙模块接收和解析来自患者身上蓝牙标签发射的信号。根据测量信号的接收信号强度,能够准确地估计患者与各个蓝牙标签之间的距离。同时,系统还能够与医疗记录系统进行集成,将患者的位置信息与其医疗记录关联起来。通过实验验证,系统在医疗机构的患者定位和跟踪方面取得了良好的效果。与传统的定位系统相比,该系统具有成本低、部署灵活和精度高等优势。The research and application fields of ranging based on Received Signal Strength Indication(RSSI)are very extensive,which is always a hot spot in the research of the internet of things.In order to solve the problem of patient positioning and tracking in medical institutions,a medical bluetooth ranging system based on RSSI is proposed.The STM32 single-chip microcomputer is used as the main control of the system,and the BT05 bluetooth module is used to receive and analyze the signal transmitted from the bluetooth tag on the patient.According to the received signal strength of the measured signal,the distance between the patient and each bluetooth tag can be accurately estimated.At the same time,the system can also be integrated with the medical record system to associate the patient’s location information with its medical records.Through the experimental verification,the system has achieved good results in patient positioning and tracking in medical institutions.Compared with the traditional positioning system,the system has the advantages of low cost,flexible deployment and high precision.
