摘　　要：针对复杂网络和多样化业务对网络效能和健康度提出的高要求,总结了软件可靠性三要素:规定的条件、规定的时间和规定的功能。同时,对软件特有的可靠性指标,如健壮性、正确性、软件错误、软件失效、软件故障及其与软件可靠性的关系进行了分析。在此基础上,主要介绍软件可靠性模型,包括串联模型、并联模型、复合模型和权联模型,同时结合业务网综合运维管理系统软件予以示例验证。In order to meet the high requirements brought by complex networks and diverse services to network efficacy and health,three elements of software reliability are summarized,including the given condition,time and function.At the same time,reliability indexes unique to software,such as robustness,correctness,software error,software failure and software fault,are analyzed,together with their relationships with software reliability.Based on this,software reliability models are proposed,including models in series,models in parallel,composite models and weighed factor models,and on the basis of the comprehensive operation and maintenance management system software of service network,verification is conducted with examples.
