摘　　要：在我国经济发展新常态背景下,助推中国制造企业转型升级,须厘清现代数据资源与传统资源的不同,使转型升级行为成为现实。选取2015—2022年我国制造业上市公司样本数据,实证检验企业不同类型资源丰裕度对制造业转型升级的非对称影响及作用机制。结果表明:企业资源丰裕度可以促使企业转型升级,无论是传统资源还是数据资源均能够显著提升转型升级效果,其中相对于传统资源,数据资源的积极作用更强;企业资源丰裕度可以通过增大创新投入力度促使企业转型升级,且在不同作用路径下传统资源丰裕度对企业转型升级的影响中,创新投入的中介效应更大;与此同时,企业资源禀赋对其转型升级的影响存在企业、行业和区域差异性。In the context of the new normal of China's economic development,it is of great significance to use resource advantages to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.In order to provide reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,this paper selects the sample data of listed manufacturing companies from 2015 to 2022 to empirically test the asymmetric impact of different types of enterprise resource abundance on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and its mechanism.The results show that enterprise resource abundance can promote enterprise transformation and upgrading,and both traditional resources and data resources can significantly improve the transformation and upgrading effect.Compared with traditional resources,data resources play a more positive role.The mechanism of action shows that enterprise resource abundance can promote enterprise transformation and upgrading by increasing innovation investment.Further characterization of the mediating effect ratio under different action paths shows that the mediating effect of traditional resources on innovation input in the transmission mechanism of transformation and upgrading is greater.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of enterprise resource endowment on transformation and upgrading is different among enterprises,industries,and regions.
