摘　　要：科技社团与科技创新相辅相成,是驱动国家创新发展的重要社会力量。基于2019至2022年世界一流科技社团评估数据库,以3 016家全球科技社团为研究样本,通过大样本跨案例比较、统计分析、规范分析等方法,从组织维度、功能维度和影响维度总结了全球科技社团的发展特征与规律,发现全球科技社团日益呈现出治理敏捷化、功能集成化、业务生态化、运营公司化、服务泛在化、资源开放化、影响大众化、组织联合化、合作全球化、地位进阶化等十大发展趋势。凝练和把握全球科技社团发展现状与趋势,为赋予全球科技社团踔厉奋发的使命感、增强政府部门对科技社团治理的决策力、激发全球学界对科技社团研究的兴趣,推动科技社团更好地服务全球科技创新发展,促进科技向善、造福人类社会提供参考和启示。S&T societies and science and technology innovation complement each other and are important social forces driving national innovation development.Based on the World-Class Science and Technology Association Evaluation Database from 2019 to 2022,this paper takes 3016 global S&T societies as research samples.Through cross-case comparison of large samples,statistical analysis and normative analysis,the characteristics and patterns of development of global S&T societies are summarized from organizational,functional,and impact dimensions.It is found that global S&T societies are increasingly showing ten major development trends,including agile governance,integrated functions,ecological business,corporate operations,ubiquitous services,open resources,popular influence,joint organizations,globalized cooperation,and advanced status.The status and trends in the development of global S&T societies are conducive to endowing these societies with a strong sense of mission,enhancing the decision-making power of government departments in the governance of these societies,and stimulating the global academic community's interest in researching S&T societies.What's more,they are of great value in promoting S&T societies to better serve the development of global science and technology innovation and to promote science and technology for the benefit of human society.
