摘  要:钢轨探伤车凭借其高效率优势,正逐步替代手推式人工探伤仪,成为国内重要的钢轨探伤检测设备。为保障检测效果推行的高检测灵敏度探伤,在提高探伤车对轨头核伤尤其是小核伤检出能力的同时,也带来了新的难题,检测数据杂波密集,难以区分小核伤波与杂波。针对该情况,通过对比高检测灵敏度探伤前后轨头核伤的出波特点,分析轨头小核伤识别率低的原因,提出精细化分析方法。在大量收集小核伤图谱和杂波图谱、持续推进探伤车与探伤仪小核伤检测数据对比后,极大提升了轨头小核伤的识别率。With its high efficiency,rail inspection vehicles are gradually replacing manual flaw detectors and becoming an important rail flaw detection equipment for domestic railways.The implementation of high detection sensitivity inspection to ensure its detection effectiveness has not only improved the detection ability of the inspection vehicle for rail head transverse cracks,especially minor transverse cracks,but also brought new challenges.The inspection data is cluttered,making it difficult to distinguish between minor transverse cracks waves and clutter.In response to this situation,by comparing the waveform characteristics of rail head transverse cracks before and after high detection sensitivity inspection,the reasons for the low recognition rate of minor rail head transverse cracks by replayers were analyzed,and a refined analysis method was proposed.After collecting a large number of minor transverse cracks maps and clutter maps,and continuously promoting the comparison of minor transverse cracks detection data between inspection vehicles and flaw detectors,the recognition rate of minor transverse cracks on rail heads has been greatly improved.
