摘 要:随着铁路货车技术发展,120型货车空气控制阀橡胶膜板寿命低、检修周期短等问题制约了其检修周期,已影响到铁路货车修程修制改革。通过对比国内外橡胶膜板标准,提出橡胶膜板技术要求,在既有120型货车空气控制阀橡胶膜板基础上,结合国内外橡胶膜板的使用情况,开展了橡胶膜板改进研究,提出了夹布橡胶膜板的截面结构及配套改进内容。通过仿真运动分析、样件试制及试验验证,结果表明改进的橡胶膜板可满足相应技术要求,为延长膜板使用寿命和控制阀检修周期提供参考。With the development of railway freight car technology,the problems of low service life and short maintenance period of 120 valve rubber diaphragm are one of the main factors restricting the extension of maintenance period of 120 valve,which have affected the reform of railway freight car repair system.Based on the existing 120 type freight car air control valve rubber diaphragm,compared with the application of rubber diaphragm at home and abroad,the improvement research of rubber diaphragm was carried out,and the cross-section structure and matching improvement contents of sandwich rubber diaphragm were put forward.Through simulation motion analysis,sample trial production and test verification,the improved diaphragm can meet the requirements of existing standards,and provide reference for prolonging the service life of diaphragm and the maintenance cycle of control valve.
