摘 要:市域铁路建设项目中多采用25 m定尺长度的短钢轨直接铺设至现场,通过移动式闪光焊接技术进行钢轨焊接施工形成无缝线路。受现场条件制约和作业参数多变的影响,钢轨焊接质量稳定控制存在一定困难。提出了一种基于远程数据采集和智能化分析、预警技术的现场钢轨闪光焊接技术。通过远程采集焊接、热处理以及作业环境参数等详细数据,构建了数据自动采集、自动传输、智能分析、自动预警系统,形成了智能化钢轨闪光焊接施工方法。通过在中原地区某市域铁路建设项目中的实践应用,验证了该工法的适用性。In urban railway construction projects,short rails with a fixed length of 25 m are often directly laid on site,and seamless tracks are formed through mobile flash welding technology for rail welding construction.Due to the constraints of on-site conditions and the variability of operational parameters,there are certain difficulties in ensuring stable quality control of rail welding.A on-site rail flash welding technology based on remote data collection,intelligent analysis,and warning technology has been proposed.By remotely collecting detailed data on welding,heat treatment,and operating environment parameters,an automatic data collection,automatic transmission,intelligent analysis,and automatic warning system has been constructed,forming an intelligent rail flash welding construction method.The applicability of this construction method has been verified through practical application in a urban railway construction project in a certain central plains region.
