摘　　要：从空重车自动调整装置的工作原理和各工况下的作用机制入手,全面分析了空重车自动调整装置引发货车制动抱闸故障的原因和外观表征,从源头质量控制、检修维护作业、运用技术检查等方面提出了具有针对性和切实可行的改进方案和防范措施。研究可为准确判断和处置货车制动抱闸故障、提高空重车自动调整装置检修质量提供参考。Starting with the working principle and mechanism of empty and load automatic adjustment device under various working conditions,this paper comprehensively analyzed the causes and appearance of the abnormal braking of empty and load automatic adjustment device,and put forward targeted and feasible improvement schemes and preventive measures from the aspects of source quality control,overhaul and maintenance operations,and application of technical inspection.The research can provide a reference for accurately judging and disposing the abnormal braking of railway freight car and improving the maintenance quality of empty and load automatic adjustment device.
