摘  要:“双碳”背景下,长庆油田电网立足自身优势,探索建设清洁高效的新型油田电力系统。面对高比例风光接入油田电网造成的发展不协调、光伏电站后期运维难度大、电网调控能力有待提高等问题,长庆油田加大新能源风光发电应用力度,推进电网智能化转型,创新应用风光发电接入设计、风光发电量调控、智能电站运维等手段,优化电网智能调控和电量智能管理系统,建成以新能源为主体的油田电力系统。长庆油田电网下一步将从加快源网荷储、开展智能微网、构建辅助平台3个方面提高综合调节能力,通过强化顶层设计、加强科技创新、打造人才高地等举措,持续推进新能源和智能化在电网中的应用,建设清洁高效的新型油田电力系统。Against the carbon peak and carbon neutrality background,the power grid of Changqing Oilfield was based on its own advantages to make efforts for construction of the new-type clean and high-efficiency oilfield power system.Changqing faced a series of problems,such as inharmonious development caused by a high proportion of wind and photovoltaic electricity access to the oilfield power grid,the difficulty to operate the photovoltaic power station in the later-on period and the necessity to improve the adjustment and control ability of the power grid.Therefore,Changqing Oilfield invested more efforts for new energy power generation like wind and photovoltaic electricity,accelerated the intelligent transition of the power grid and innovate access design of the wind and photovoltaic electricity,adjustment of wind and photovoltaic power generation and operation and maintenance of the intelligent power station.Those measures optimized intelligent adjustment of the power grid and the power generation intelligent management system and based the oilfield power system mainly on new energy.The power grid of Changqing Oilfield will commit efforts to three areas at the next stage to improve its integrated adjustment ability--acceleration of source-grid-load-storage integration,development of intelligent micro grids and construction of the auxiliary platforms.Based on the measures to enhance top-level design,strengthen technological innovation and foster the high-end talents,Changqing Oilfield will continually accelerate application of new energy and intellectualization in its power grid and construct the new-type clean and high-efficiency oilfield electric power system.
