摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视网络安全和信息化工作,在把握新时代网络发展新规律的基础上,不断推进理论和实践的创新,形成了一系列关于网络强国的重要论述。在建设社会主义现代化强国的进程中,网络强国建设具有战略性、基础性、先导性作用。在网络强国建设中,坚持党对网信工作的全面领导是政治保证,维护网络安全是战略底线,加强网络空间治理是基础保障,网络技术创新是核心动力,数字经济高质量发展是变革手段,构建网络空间命运共同体具有重要的世界意义。网络强国的重要论述内涵丰富、意义重大,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代应对互联网发展的各种风险和挑战的指导思想与实践遵循。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to network security and information technology work.Based on grasping the new laws of network development in the new era,it has continuously promoted innovation in theory and practice,and formed a series of important statements about strong cyber nation.In the construction of a socialist moder-nized strong country,the construction of a strong cyber country plays a strategic,fundamental,and leading role.In the construction of a strong cyber country,adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party over cyberspace work is a political guarantee,maintaining cyber security is a strategic bottom line,strengthening cyberspace governance is the basic guarantee,network technology innovation is the core driving force,and high-quality development of the digital eco-nomy is a means of change.Building a community with a shared future in cyberspace is of great global significance.The important discourse of“strong cyber naiton”has rich connotation and great significance.It is an important part of Xi Jinping's thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and is the guiding ideology and practical law to respond to various risks and challenges of Internet development in the new era.
