风险预警管理在老年泌尿系统感染患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析风险预警管理在老年泌尿系统感染患者中的应用效果。方法选择北京怀柔医院2020年6月—2023年6月收治的80例老年泌尿系统感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为预警组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,预警组在对照组基础上联合风险预警管理。比较两组护理前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、欧洲五维度生活质量量表(EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire,EQ-5D)评分、炎症因子变化;比较两组护理后泌尿系统感染发生率。结果护理前,两组VAS评分、EQ-5D评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分、EQ-5D评分均降低且预警组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预警组泌尿系统感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险预警管理运用于老年泌尿系统感染患者中,能有效缓解疼痛,提高生活质量,改善机体炎症反应,降低泌尿系统感染发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of early risk warning management in elderly patients with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with urinary tract infection admitted to Beijing Huairou Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study object,and were randomly divided into 40 cases each in the early warning group and the control group.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the early warning group adopted early risk warning management on the basis of the control group.Compare the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire(EQ-5D)scores,inflammatory factor changes before and after care in the two groups,and compare the incidence of urinary system infection after care in the two groups.Results Before care,VAS scores and EQ-5D scores of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After care,VAS scores and EQ-5D scores of the two groups were all significantly reduced,and the early warning group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary tract infection in the early warning group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk warning management applied to elderly patients with urinary tract infection can effectively relieve pain,improve quality of life,improve the body’s inflammatory response,and reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
