摘　　要：电力与经济运行、人民生活息息相关,通过电价体系对电力市场进行改革以推进共同富裕是一项重要工作。本文从供给侧和需求侧分析电价体系改革对共同富裕的影响。从供给侧来看,在市场化与政府调控的共同作用下,“管住中间、放开两头”的电力市场化改革构建的电力价格体系,有利于增加电力供给,降低企业生产成本,提高电力资源配置效率,推动能源转型和可持续发展,同时也促进了社会公平。从需求侧来看,工商业实施两部制电价、居民推行阶梯电价均有利于提高效率和促进公平。供给侧和需求侧电价改革相结合,为推动共同富裕和高质量发展创造了条件。研究结果对推进电力市场深化改革、加快共同富裕进程具有重要意义。Electricity is closely related to economic operation and people's life,and it is an essential task to reform the electricity market through the electricity price system to promote common prosperity.This paper analyzes the impact of the reform of the electricity price system on the common prosperity from the supply and the demand side.From the supply side,under the joint effect of marketization and government regulation,the electricity price system constructed by the electricity marketization reform of“control the middle and release the two ends”is conducive to increasing the supply of electricity,reducing the cost of enterprises,improving the efficiency of electricity resource allocation,promoting the energy transformation and sustainable development,and also promoting social equity.From the demand side,the implementation of a two-part electricity price system for the industrial and commercial entities and the implementation of ladder electricity price for residents are all conducive to improving efficiency and promoting equity.The combination of supply-side and demand-side electricity price reforms has created conditions for the promotion of common prosperity and high-quality development.
