完善民营口腔医疗机构投融资机制与实施路径研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会快速发展、人民健康意识不断提升,口腔健康渐渐成为人民群众关注的焦点。民营口腔医疗机构作为公立医院的重要补充,在政策支持和市场需求下发展迅速。民营口腔医疗行业的发展壮大离不开资金支持,而具有抗周期性、高成长性等优点的口腔医疗行业也吸引着各类资本关注,近年来我国民营口腔医疗机构投融资事件不断发生。融资方式方面,小型口腔诊所主要通过债权融资等方式筹措资金,大型连锁机构近年来更倾向于采用股权融资方式;投资方面,收购和新建医疗机构是目前较为主流的投资方式。未来,民营口腔医疗服务领域投融资将进一步探索医险结合、数字化等方向,推动民营口腔医疗服务不断发展。With the rapid socioeconomic development of China,coupled with the continuous improvement of people's health awareness,oral health has gradually emerged as a focus of public attention.As an important supplement to public hospitals,private dental services grow rapidly pushed by policy support and market demand.The prosperity of the private dental services are inseparable from funds,meanwhile because of the advantages of anti-cyclicality and high growth the private dental services also attract all kinds of capital.Small dental clinics mainly choose debt financing,while larger chain institutions prefer to equity financing.Acquiring and building new medical institutions are currently mainstream investment methods.The investment and financing in the field of private dental services will further explore the integration of medical insurance and digitalization,and promote continuous development of private dental services.
