摘 要:在智能化技术飞速发展的背景下,振动监测作为智能运维常用的一种设备监测手段,已广泛应用于很多领域。在状态监测行业,振动监测被用于轴承、齿轮的故障诊断,通过建立振动故障特征数据库,对轴承、齿轮的故障实现预测性维护。在矿山机械上,要合理、稳定地应用振动监测系统,振动传感器种类的选择和合理的安装策略是关键。基于此,介绍振动监测系统的组成及原理,阐述常见矿山设备振动监测系统的部署,探讨振动监测系统在常见矿山设备运维过程中的具体应用。With the rapid development of intelligent technology,vibration monitoring is widely used in various fields as a common equipment monitoring means for intelligent operation and maintenance.In the condition monitoring industry,vibration monitoring is used for the fault diagnosis of bearings and gears,the establishment of vibration fault characteristics database,and the predictive maintenance of bearing and gear faults.In mining machinery,to apply vibration monitoring system reasonably and stably,the choice of vibration sensor type and reasonable installation strategy are the key points.Based on this,this paper introduces the composition and principle of vibration monitoring system,describes the deployment of common mining equipment vibration monitoring system,and discusses the specific application of vibration monitoring system in the process of common mining equipment operation and maintenance.
