基于在地性理论的旧工业园区更新设计研究

摘　　要：城市产业的转型使大量旧工业园区闲置,原本的功能虽已不适宜当下的时代发展,但留下的城市记忆和时代精神值得以新的物质载体形式进一步延续。城市更新行动可以有效解决这类闲置厂房的再利用,采用在地性更新的方式为旧工业园区赋予新的功能,可以保护和传承历史文化,推动区域的经济发展并为城市注入新活力。文章从在地性理论角度出发,对旧工业园区更新设计中的现存问题进行思考,总结出四个具体的解决策略,以期为此类园区的更新设计提供借鉴。The transformation of urban industries has left a large number of old industrial parks idle.Although the original functions are no longer suitable for the development of the current era,the urban memory and spirit of The Times left behind are worth further continuation in the form of new material carriers.The urban renewal action can effectively solve the reuse of such idle factories.The local renewal method to give new functions to old industrial parks can protect and inherit historical culture,promote regional economic development and inject new vitality into the city.From the perspective of geographical theory,this paper considers the existing problems in the renovation design of old industrial parks,and summarizes four specific solutions to provide reference for the renovation practice of such parks.
