云计算服务下的企业级电子合同管理系统设计与实现

摘　　要：随着企业数字化转型的加速,传统合同管理方式已难以满足现代企业高效、安全的管理需求。本研究设计并实现了一套基于云计算服务的企业级电子合同管理系统,该系统集成了用户注册与登录、合同安全存储与加密、高效检索与分类、审批流程自动化以及数据分析与统计等功能。经过严格的功能与性能测试,系统展现出了良好的稳定性和高效性,满足了企业对于合同管理的多样化需求。With the acceleration of the digital transformation of enterprises,the traditional contract management methods have been difficult to meet the efficient and secure management needs of modern enterprises.This study designs and implements an enterprise-level electronic contract management system based on cloud computing services.The system does this by integrating user registration and login,secure contract storage and encryption,efficient retrieval and classification,automation of approval process,and data analysis and statistics.After rigorous function and performance testing,the system shows good stability and efficiency,and meets the diverse needs of enterprises for contract management.
