摘　　要：视频社会化时代,海量格式各异的原生数字视频使视频文件的归档管理工作面临新的挑战。对编码格式、封装格式、视频码率和色彩采样格式四个决定视频文件图像质量、数据量及视频档案可用性、安全性的重要参数进行梳理归纳,并根据视频格式之间相互转换的需要,整理视频格式转换通道及优缺点,通过格式转换实验进一步阐明编码、封装、码率、采样四个指标对视频文件的影响和适用于当下国内技术环境的选择。综合实验结果与国内外实践案例及现行标准,给出适合我国当下档案管理工作的原生数字视频文件归档建议,以期对数字视频档案的长期保存及相关归档标准制定工作有所启示。In the era of video socialization,massive amounts of native digital videos in various formats have brought new challenges to the archiving and management of video files.The current digital video archiving format standards in China are relatively backward,with reference to foreign guidelines,the format and other specific archiving suggestions can be updated in a timely manner in the form of practice manuals.The four important parameters that determine the image quality,data volume,availability and security of video files,namely file format,encoding standard,bit rate and color sampling format,are sorted out and summarized.According to the needs of mutual conversion between video formats,the video format conversion channels and their advantages and disadvantages are sorted out.Through format conversion experiments,the influence of the four indicators and the suitable selection for the current domestic technical environment are further explained.Based on the experimental results,domestic and foreign practical cases and current standards,archiving suggestions for native digital video files suitable for China’s current archive management are given,in order to provide some inspiration for the long-term preservation of digital video archives and the formulation of relevant archiving standards.
