摘 要:近年来,随着生活水平不断提高,餐饮业发展迅猛,但餐厨垃圾的处理问题也日益凸显。餐厨垃圾的大量产生给环境和城市管理带来了严峻的挑战,同时也影响了人们的生活质量。实施餐厨垃圾厌氧处理,实现餐厨垃圾的资源化利用,能够有效加强对自然生态环境的保护,改善人们的生活环境。采用厌氧消化、发酵以及堆肥处理技术,能够更加高效、科学地处理餐厨垃圾。基于此,首先分析餐厨垃圾的危害及餐厨垃圾厌氧处理的重要性,其次分析餐厨垃圾厌氧处理的主要技术,最后探讨餐厨垃圾厌氧处理的资源化应用。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards,the catering industry has developed rapidly,but the problem of handling kitchen waste has also become increasingly prominent.The massive generation of kitchen waste poses severe challenges to the environment and urban management,while also affecting people’s quality of life.The implementation of anaerobic treatment of kitchen waste and the realization of resource utilization of kitchen waste can effectively strengthen the protection of natural ecological environment and improve people's living environment.By adopting anaerobic digestion,fermentation,and composting technologies,kitchen waste can be treated more efficiently and scientifically.Based on this,this paper firstly analyzes the hazards of kitchen waste and the importance of anaerobic treatment of kitchen waste,secondly analyzes the main technologies of anaerobic treatment of kitchen waste,and finally explores the resource utilization application of anaerobic treatment of kitchen waste.
