摘　　要：肥胖是当今主要的医疗保健问题,其患病率在全球范围内稳步上升。目前体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)在病态肥胖患者应用中尚无指南,这一人群患者在置管、引流和维持等方面均面临很多挑战。本研究就当前ECMO在肥胖患者中的应用现状、可行性和安全性进行综述,旨在为提高肥胖患者ECMO的应用水平提供参考。Obesity is a major healthcare issue of the modern era,its prevalence has been steadily increasing worldwide.There are currently no guidelines for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)in morbidly obese patients who can face many challenges in catherization,drainage and maintance.This article reviews the current application status,feasibility and safety of ECMO in obese patients in order to provide the references for improving the application of ECMO in obese patients.
