摘　　要：目的:对黄芩汤进行古代及现代文献分析,考证黄芩汤源流、组成、剂量、主治病证、功效及现代疾病谱。方法:古代文献分析:检索湖南中医药大学图书馆馆藏资料、中华医典、中医古籍搜索数据库、读秀数据库等,以“黄芩汤”或其异名“黄芩芍药汤”为关键词进行检索,同时查阅影印版古籍进行内容审校。现代文献分析:计算机检索在中国知网,以“黄芩汤”“黄芩芍药汤”为关键词或主题词,检索时间自建库至2023年10月15日。结果:本研究收集到黄芩汤古籍文献201条,涉及中医古籍104部。黄芩汤最早出自东汉张仲景的《伤寒论》,具体药物组成为黄芩、白芍、炙甘草、大枣。古籍记载的黄芩汤可治疗内科、妇科、外科、五官科各类病证,还可用于治疗瘟疫类疾病。现代文献分析共纳入有效文献105篇,所治疾病涉及消化系统、生殖系统、皮肤系统、肿瘤系统、泌尿系统、内分泌系统等多个系统,其中消化系统文献共计81条,占比高达77.14%。结论:本研究通过考证,梳理了黄芩汤的历史源流,得出了方中药物的剂量、炮制方法、主治病证及现代临床应用等关键信息,为黄芩汤的开发和应用提供了更为充分的依据。Objective:To analyze ancient and modern literature on Scutellaria Decoction in order to explore its origin,composition,dosage,indications,efficacy,and contemporary disease spectrum.Methods:Ancient literature analysis involved searching through resources at the library of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Chinese Medical Dictionary,traditional Chinese medical texts database,and the Duxiu database using"Scutellaria Decoction"or its alternative name"Scutellaria and Peony Decoction"as keywords,along with reviewing facsimile editions of classical texts.Modern literature was analyzed through computer searches on CNKI,using"Scutellaria Decoction"or its alternative name"Scutellaria and Peony Decoction"as keywords or subject terms from the establishment of the database to October 15,2023.Results:This study collected 201 pieces of ancient literature on Scutellaria Decoction,involving 104 traditional Chinese medical texts.Scutellaria Decoction first appeared in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing from the Eastern Han Dynasty,consisting of Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Zhigancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata),and Dazao(Fructus Jujubae).Historical texts indicate that Scutellaria Decoction can treat various conditions in internal medicine,gynecology,surgery,and otorhinolaryngology,as well as warm epidemic diseases.The modern literature analysis included 105 effective articles,covering diseases in multiple systems such as the digestive system,reproductive system,skin system,tumor system,urinary system,and endocrine system,with 81 articles related to the digestive system,accounting for 77.14%.Conclusion:By clarifying the historical origin of Scutellaria Decoction,this study provides key information on its drug dosages,preparation methods,indications,and modern clinical applications,thus offering a more substantial basis for the development and application of Scutellaria Decoction.
