摘  要:中医药治疗肺动脉高压主要包括中医内治法和中医外治法。现阶段,该领域已对中药物质基础及其作用机制进行了大量研究,但多局限于对单一靶点或通路的观察,缺乏多信号通路相互关联性研究。中药有效成分的鉴定及分离技术、科研技术方法不完善,使得研究中药有效成分药理作用受限,制约了中药单体和复方的进一步研究,在一定程度上限制了中医药多组分的特色。今后,应进一步改进提取分离技术,加强对分子生物学及药理学的深入研究,开展多阶段临床试验,加强现代实验技术的应用,进一步加强对有效成分和作用机理的发现和推广。The treatment of pulmonary hypertension(PH)with TCM primarily includes internal and external treatment methods.Currently,a large amount of research has been conducted on the material basis and mechanisms of action of Chinese drugs in this field.However,most studies focus on single targets or pathways,with limited research on the interactions between multiple signaling pathways.The lack of advanced techniques for identifying and isolating active ingredients from Chinese drugs,along with insufficient scientific research methods,limits the exploration of pharmacological actions of monomers and compounds of these Chinese drugs.This restriction hampers further research on TCM monomers and formulas,constraining the multi-component characteristics of TCM.In the future,there should be improvements in extraction and isolation techniques,more in-depth research into molecular biology and pharmacology,multi-phase clinical trials,and the application of modern experimental technologies,to facilitate the discovery and promotion of more active ingredients and mechanisms of action.
