灸法防治宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染研究进展

摘　　要：灸法既能温阳补虚、益气固表以调节气虚质和阳虚质人群的体质,又能祛湿散热以调节湿热质和痰湿质人群的体质,还能温通经络、调和阴阳以提高人体正气。故而,灸法能改善人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)易感人群的体质,提高HPV易感人群的正气,降低HPV持续感染的概率。但关于灸法防治HPV的资料较少,尚存在一定的局限性:(1)中医典籍中并无明确记载与宫颈HPV感染相一致的病名,只能参照与此相近的疾病展开研究分析,结论可能存在一定程度的偏颇;(2)关于灸法防治宫颈HPV病毒感染的研究缺乏数据支持,且西医理论基础薄弱;(3)关于灸法防治宫颈HPV病毒感染的相关临床试验较少,且样本量不足。今后,还需要大量的临床试验及基础实验研究来进一步佐证,以期为中医防治宫颈HPV感染奠定基础。Moxibustion is effective in warming yang,tonifying deficiency,replenishing qi and consolidating the superficies,thereby regulating the constitution of individuals with qi deficiency and yang deficiency.It can also dispel dampness and clear heat to regulate the constitutions of those with dampness-heat or phlegm-dampness types,warm the meridians and harmonize yin and yang to enhance the body′s healthy qi.Therefore,moxibustion can improve the constitution of populations susceptible to human papillomavirus(HPV)infection,enhance their healthy qi,and reduce the likelihood of persistent HPV infection.However,there is limited data on the use of moxibustion for HPV prevention and treatment,which presents certain limitations as follows:(1)TCM classics do not provide clear disease names corresponding to cervical HPV infections,leading to potential biases when researching related conditions;(2)Research on moxibustion for cervical HPV infection lacks data support,and the theoretical foundation in Western medicine is weak;(3)There are few clinical trials related to moxibustion for cervical HPV infection,with insufficient sample sizes.So future studies will require extensive clinical trials and basic research to further substantiate findings,aiming to establish a foundation for TCM in preventing and treating cervical HPV infection.
