摘 要:目的优选滑膜灵颗粒的提取工艺。方法利用单因素考察法,分别对苍术挥发油成分及滑膜灵颗粒全方的提取工艺进行研究,从提取时间、料液比、提取次数、浸泡时间等因素考察,优选最佳提取工艺。结果滑膜灵颗粒中苍术挥发油的提取工艺为苍术粉碎度为80目,料液比1∶15,浸泡时间和蒸馏时间均为2 h;全方的提取工艺为提取时间60 min,料液比1∶10,提取次数2次。结论结合考虑经济效益和操作性,该方法稳定可靠,能为后期开发滑膜灵颗粒提供依据,为其他中药制剂研发提供思路。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Hua Mo Ling Granules.Methods The extraction process of the component of volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea and the whole formula of Hua Mo Ling granules were investigated using the single factor test method,respectively,from factors of extraction time,material-liquid ratio,number of times of extraction,and soaking time,to optimize the best extraction process.Results The extraction process of the volatile oil from Atractylodes Lancea in Hua Mo Ling Granules consisted of a crushing degree for Atractylodes Lancea of 80 mesh,a material-liquid ratio of 1∶15,soaking time of 2 h,and distillation time of 2 h.The extraction process of the whole formula consisted of extraction time of 60 min,a material-liquid ratio of 1∶10,and 2 times of extraction.Conclusion Taking the economic benefits and operability into consideration,this method is stable and reliable.It can provide a basis for the later development of Hua Mo Ling Granules and support ideas for the development of other Chinese medicinal preparations.
