基于肾主骨探讨补肾法在恶性骨肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：肾为五脏六腑阴阳之根本,主骨生髓。恶性骨肿瘤的病因病机为肾精亏虚,骨失所养,痰邪癌毒凝聚于骨,蓄积为瘤,以肾虚为本,痰邪癌毒凝聚为标,肾虚贯穿于恶性骨肿瘤发生发展的全过程。基于肾主骨理论,治疗恶性骨肿瘤主要应用补肾法,包括补肾填精,减轻疼痛;补肾壮骨,预防病理性骨折;补肾健脾,减毒增效等方法。但补肾有补肾气、肾精、肾阴、肾阳之不同,补肾法在恶性骨肿瘤治疗中的应用,还应辨证用药。The Kidney,which is the root of Yin and Yang of the Five Zang and Six Fu,governs bone and marrow.The etiology and pathogenesis of malignant bone tumors are Kidney Essence deficiency,shortness of nourishment in bone,stagnation of Phlegm evil factor and cancer toxin condensed in the bone.Then tumor comes into being.Kidney deficiency is the foundation factor,while Phlegm evil and cancer toxin stagnation are the phenomena or symptoms.Kidney deficiency runs through the whole process of the occurrence and development of malignant bone tumor.Based on the theory of Kidney governing bone,in treatment of malignant bone tumors the method of tonifying Kidney is often used,which mainly includes Kidney tonification and Essence increasing to reduce pain,tonifying Kidneys and strengthening bones to prevent pathological fractures,tonifying Kidney and Spleen as well as reducing toxicity and improving clinical efficacy.However,the application of tonifying Kidney can be categorized into four types,namely,tonifying Kidney Qi,tonifying Kidney Essence,tonifying Kidney Yin and tonifying Kidney Yin.Thereore,in treatment of malignant bone tumors drugs and prescription should be used based on syndrome differentiation.
