法象思维视域下地龙治疗勃起功能障碍探析

摘　　要：法象思维是指通过效法中药之形态、颜色、栖息环境等表象,取其象而比其类,进而推衍中药的升降走势、归经属性与功效应用。法象思维视域下认识中药,可进一步丰富中药内涵、拓展中药功效、提高临床疗效。地龙为虫类药之一,味苦、性寒,从其性味象、形态象、环境象、行动象可知,地龙具有咸味入肾,性善下行;形态屈曲,归肝定魄;栖息湿壤,引经利湿;行动走窜,通络化瘀的特点,恰与阳痿“肝郁气滞、湿热蕴结、血瘀阻络”之病机合拍。故临床上治疗勃起功能障碍佐用地龙具有满意疗效。需要注意的是,地龙性味寒凉,阳痿属脾肾阳虚者慎用。此外,地龙含有异体蛋白,体质过敏者慎用。Using thinking is to realize the understanding of the interrelationship and unity of the dynamic images of nature,society and the overall function of the human body,and to understand traditional Chinese medicine from perspective of Xiang(image)thinking.It can further enrich the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine,expand the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the clinical efficacy.Dilong is one kind of the insect medicines,bitter in taste,cold in character.From the images of its taste,character,environment and action,it can be known as follows:Dilong,with salty taste,entering into Kidney,being good at going down in earth;morphological flexion,returning to Liver and settling the spirit;inhabiting in wet soil,dispeling Dampness in meridians;moving around and dredging collateral to dissolve blood stasis.All of the above are in line with the pathogenesis of impotence,namely,"Liver Qi stagnation,Dampness and Heat accumulation as well as blood stasis obstruction".Therefore,the clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction with Dilong shows satisfactory efficacy.It should be noted that Dilong,with cold character,in treatment of impotence with Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency Dilong should be applied cautiously.In addition,Dilong contains allogeneic protein,so people with allergies should use it with greater caution.
