从“少阳将两脏”理论论治肾性水肿

摘　　要：“少阳将两脏”出自《灵枢·本输》。少阳统率肺、肾两脏,在人体水液代谢方面发挥其秉轴持钧的作用。三焦道路畅达,胆气疏泄,阳气得以敷布,他脏可化水谷而行津液,全身水液得以正常代谢;若三焦水道不通,胆郁气闭,则肺气不利,肾气不化,水湿泛溢为肿。肾性水肿是肾脏疾病的主要症状之一,根据病因病机和临床表现,可将其分为阳水和阴水。临证治疗阳水,应燮理三焦,开郁利胆,通调肺气,以散阳水;治疗阴水,应疏利少阳,益肾培元,助阳化气,以消阴水。"Shaoyang commanding Lung and Kidney"was proposed in Ling Shu·Ben Shu.Shaoyang commanding Lung and Kidney and plays important role in metabolism of Water and Fluid in human body.When the road of Three Jiao is smooth,the Gallbladder Qi is discharged normally,and the Yang Qi can be dispersed all over the body.Food can be digested well,and nutrition and Fluid can be transported to every part of body.The Water of the whole body can be metabolized normally.If the waterway of Three Jiao is blocked,the Gallbladder Qi is depressed and closed,the Lung Qi is stagnated,and the dysfunction of Kidney Qi cannot transfer Water into Qi.Eventually the Water and Dampness overflow throughout body and induce swelling.Nephrogenic edema is one of the main symptoms of Kidney disease,which can be divided into Yang water and Yin water according to the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations.In the clinical treatment of Yang water,the Three Jiao should be regulated,the Qi depression should be relieved to regulate Gallbladder function to dredge the Lung Qi to disperse the Yang Water.In the treatment of Yin Water,Shaoyang should be soothed to benefit Kidney and cultivate Yuan Qi,for the purpose of helping with Yang Qi to eliminate Yin Water.
