基于“虚气留滞”探析调气解毒法在恶性肿瘤防治中的作用

摘　　要：“虚气留滞”理论首见于《仁斋直指方论》,原指脾胃气机因虚而滞的病理改变。气机为气的运动变化,于机体内参与着物质转化与能量代谢,是维持生命活动协调运行的功能单元。升降出入是气机的基本形式,其功能的异常改变是导致各类疾病发生的根本原因。恶性肿瘤是现代疑难疾病的典型代表,以正气亏虚及气机升降失调为核心的病理变化贯穿肿瘤发展全过程。调气解毒法治疗肿瘤的核心在于通过益气、降气、理气、行气,恢复人体气机的正常运行。调气是为调衡,衡平则机自复;解毒是为祛壅,壅散则积自除。The theory of"Qi deficiency and stagnation",which was first proposed in Ren Zhai Zhi Zhi Fang Lun,originally refers to the pathological changes of Spleen and Stomach Qi stagnation due to deficiency.Qi activity is the movement and change of Qi,which participates in the transformation of matter and energy metabolism in the body,and it is a functional unit that maintains the coordinated operation of life activities.Ascending,descending,exiting and entering into body is the basic form of the Qi activity,and the abnormal change of its function is the root cause of various diseases.Malignant tumors are typical representatives of modern intractable diseases,and the pathological changes centered on the deficiency of Zheng Qi and the imbalance between Qi activities run through the whole process of tumor development.The core of the treatment of tumors by regulating Qi and detoxifying is to restore the normal operation of the human Qi by invigorating Qi,lowering Qi,regulating Qi and activating Qi.Regulating is for balancing,and equilibrium means self-recovering.Detoxification is to dispel the accumulated Qi or blood,and the dispersion of them is to eliminate the mass.
