摘　　要：胃癌前病变(precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,PLGC)的主要病机为脾肾两虚、气虚痰瘀,治疗应以顾护正气、健脾补肾、行气和胃、化瘀降浊为原则。郑玉玲教授自拟淮萸胃舒方治疗PLGC,可补肾益精、健脾益气、和胃降逆,临证需灵活化裁。The main pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)is deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,deficiency of Qi induced Phlegm and blood stasis.T reatment should be carried out based on the principles of taking care of the Zheng Qi,strengthening the Spleen and tonifying the Kidney,promoting the flow of Qi and harmonizing the Stomach Qi as well as resolving the blood stasis and subduing the turbidity.Prof.Zheng Yuling′s self-designed formula Huaiyu Weishu for treating PLGC can tonify the Kidney and Essence,strengthen the Spleen and Qi,and harmonize the Stomach Qi to lower the ascending turbid Qi.The prescription needs to be applied flexibly according to syndrome differentiation.
