摘　　要：作为全球第六大经济体和第二大留学目的国,英国将教育国际化视为提升社会经济发展和文化软实力的重要途径。面对后脱欧时代日益复杂的竞争环境,英国提出“全球英国”战略愿景,以期重塑其大国地位。通过统筹制定教育国际化战略、广泛设立国际校区、创设卓越的国际流动项目、创新课程体系建设、建立完善的质量保障机制等路径,英国积极推动教育国际化转型,不仅加强了人员、项目和机构的国际流动,还为本国培养了具有全球胜任力的人才。“全球英国”战略驱动下的英国教育国际化转型也面临诸多挑战,如脱离欧盟与国际化流动之间的矛盾、追求经济利益与教育公益性之间的冲突、资源分配不均与教育公平性之间的博弈等。The UK,as the world's sixth largest economy and second largest destination country for overseas students,considers the internationalization of education to be a crucial means of enhancing social and economic development as well as cultural soft power.In the face of an increasingly complex competitive environment in the post-Brexit era,the UK has proposed a strategic vision of"Clobal Britain"to restore its status as a major global power.By formulating an internationalization strategy for education,extensively establishing international campuses,creating exceptional international mobility projects,implementing innovative curriculum systems,and establishing robust quality assurance mechanisms,the UK has actively promoted the transformation of education internationalization.This not only strengthens the global mobility of individuals,projects,and institutions but also nurtures talents with comprehensive global competence for the UK.However,the internationalization transformation of British education driven by the"Clobal Britain"strategy also encounters numerous challenges,including the inherent contradiction between Brexit and international mobility;The conflict arising from balancing economic interests with educational public welfare;The intricate interplay between resource distribution inequality and educational equity.
