黄芪有效成分治疗骨质疏松症相关信号通路的研究进展

摘　　要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)是一种慢性代谢性骨科疾病,也是临床老年人群中最常见的代谢性疾病之一,主要特点为骨量减少、构成骨的有机成分下降及骨组织结构损害。黄芪作为具有补气升阳、利水消肿、固表止汗、托毒生肌等功效的常用中药之一,其有效成分不仅可通过调控骨性细胞氧化应激反应、抑制骨吸收、促进骨形成等发挥治疗OP的作用,还可通过调控相关MAPK、Wnt/β-catenin、PI3K/AKT、Nrf2信号通路治疗OP。因此,笔者综述近年来黄芪有效成分干预相关MAPK、Wnt/β-catenin、PI3K/AKT、Nrf2信号通路治疗OP的研究进展,以期为中医药治疗OP提供新的用药思路和方法。Osteoporosis is a chronic metabolic orthopedic disease,and it is also one of the most common metabolic diseases in the clinical elderly,the main characteristics are the decrease of bone mass,the decrease of organic components and the damage of bone structure.Astragalus membranaceus is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines with the functions of tonifying qi and raising Yang,promoting water retention and reducing swelling,reinforcing surface and antiperspiration,supporting toxin and generating muscle,etc.,its active components can not only regulate the oxidative stress of osteocytes,inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation,but also play an important role in the treatment of OP,it can also treat OP by regulating related MAPK,Wnt/β-catenin,PI3K/AKT,NRF2 signaling pathway.Therefore,this article reviews the recent research progress of effective components of astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of OP,with a view to providing a new idea and method for the treatment of OP with traditional Chinese medicine.
