摘 要:乳酸是细胞在无氧条件下进行糖酵解的产物,在很长一段时间内都被认为是人体代谢废物。最近的研究显示,乳酸在人体代谢、调节免疫、能量供应、表观遗传修饰等多个方面都发挥重要作用,并且可影响骨代谢,打破了我们对乳酸的传统认知。本文综述了乳酸及组蛋白乳酸化修饰与骨代谢的相关研究,阐述了组蛋白乳酸化修饰、乳酸相关产物(MCT、LDH)、乳酸通过HIF-1途径与骨免疫途径对骨代谢的影响,并探讨了其机制,希望为后期研究乳酸对骨代谢的影响提供参考。Lactic acid is a product of glycolysis produced by cells under anaerobic conditions.For a long time it is considered as a metabolic waste product of the body.Recent studies have shown that lactate plays an important role in various aspects of human metabolism,immune regulation,energy supply,epigenetic modification,and affects bone metabolism.This has broken our traditional perception of lactate.In this paper,we review the related studies on lactic acid and histone lactylation and bone metabolism,describe the effects of histone lactylation,lactate-related products(MCT and LDH),and lactate on bone metabolism through the HIF-1 pathway and the bone immune pathway,and explore the mechanisms,in the hope of providing a reference for the later studies on the effects of lactic acid on bone metabolism.
