摘 要:为了更为准确、快速地检测矿井工作环境中的游离二氧化硅,研究1种基于红外光谱操作较为简便的方法——滤膜直读法,并根据矿尘样品中所含游离二氧化硅质量及其红外光谱峰值强度数据建立一元线性回归(ULR)和偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)模型。研究结果表明:粉尘样品PLSR校正模型的校正相关性较高,校准RMSE值较小,其中煤矸石粉尘样品校正模型决定系数为0.9961,均方根误差为0.3334。红外光谱滤膜直读法与标准方法的测定结果一致性较高,验证了该方法测定矿尘中游离二氧化硅含量的可靠性。研究结果可为预防游离二氧化硅粉尘职业危害及制定有效的防尘措施提供科学借鉴。In order to detect the free silica in the working environment of mine more accurately and quickly,a relatively simple method based on the infrared spectroscopy operation,the filter membrane direct reading method,was studied,and the unitary linear regression(ULR)model and the partial least squares regression(PLSR)model were established based on the mass of free silica contained in mine dust samples and the peak intensity data of their infrared spectrum.The results show that the calibration correlation of dust sample PLSR calibration model is high,and the calibration RMSE value is small.The determination coefficient of coal gangue dust sample calibration model is 0.9961,and the root-mean-square error is 0.3334.The determination results of the filter membrane direct reading method based on infrared spectrum and the standard method are highly consistent,which verifies the reliability of the method for determining the content of free silica in mine dust.The research results can provide scientific reference for preventing the occupational hazards of free silica dust and formulating the effective dust prevention measures.
