摘 要:为解决在装配式预制构件生产和施工过程中产生的诸多质量问题和安全隐患,采用装配式预制构件安全管理成熟度评价模型,将成熟度划分为5个等级,构建4个一级评价指标和其对应的17个二级评价指标,采用结构方程模型(SEM)计算预制构件安全管理成熟度评价指标权重,结合云模型对某装配式一体化企业进行安全管理成熟度模型综合仿真评价,得到成熟度等级并验证评价模型的可操作性。研究结果表明:该企业安全管理较为成熟,达到已管理级,生产加工阶段对预制构件的安全管理影响最大,根据评价结果可得到该装配式企业安全管理能力水平。研究结果可为装配式企业安全管理提升方向提供改进策略和可行性建议。In order to solve many quality problems and safety hazards arising in the production and construction processes of assembled prefabricated components,an evaluation model of safety management maturity of assembled prefabricated components was adopted,and the maturity was divided into 5 levels.4 first-level evaluation indexes and their corresponding 17 second-level evaluation indexes were constructed,and the weights of evaluation indexes for the safety management maturity of prefabricated components were calculated by using the structural equation modeling(SEM).Combining with the cloud model,the comprehensive simulation evaluation of safety management maturity model was conducted on an assembly integrated enterprise,then the maturity level was obtained,and the operability of the evaluation model was verified.The results show that the safety management of this enterprise is relatively mature and reaches the managed level,and the production and processing stage has the greatest influence on the safety management of prefabricated components.Based on the evaluation results,the safety management capability level of the assembly enterprise is obtained,and the improvement strategies and feasible suggestions are provided for the direction of future improvement.
