摘 要:采用100mmol/L的NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫,通过不同浓度5-ALA(5-氨基乙酰丙酸,5-Aminolevulinic acid,10、20、30、40、50mg/L)对‘海法’白三叶(Trifolium repens‘Haifa’)种子浸种6h,研究5-ALA浸种对NaCl胁迫下白三叶种子萌发的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫抑制白三叶种子的萌发及幼苗的生长,而外源5-ALA能有效提高白三叶种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,提高幼苗的胚根长、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量,降低相对盐害率,显著促进白三叶种子萌发(P<0.05),但外源5-ALA对白三叶幼苗鲜重、下胚轴长等指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。浓度为30mg/L的5-ALA浸种能有效缓解NaCl胁迫,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数分别达到85.78%、90%、39.83、1.84。研究结果为盐碱地区白三叶的建植及提高白三叶的耐盐性提供了一定的理论基础与实践依据。Salt stress was simulated with 100 mmol/L NaCl solution and the effects of 5-ALA on seed germination of Trifolium repens under NaCl stress were studied by soaking Trifolium repens‘Haifa’seeds with 5-ALA(10,20,30,40 and 50mg/L)for 6h.The results showed that NaCl stress inhibited Trifolium repens seed germination and seedling growth,while exogenous 5-ALA effectively increased the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index of seed,increased radicle length,chlorophyll content,and carotenoid content of seedlings,reduced the relative salt damage rate,and significantly promoted the germination of Trifolium repens seeds and seedling growth(P<0.05),but exogenous 5-ALA had no effect on seedling fresh weight,hypocotyl length(P>0.05).The effects of 5-ALA soaking seeds at a concentration of 30 mg/L was better than that of other groups,which could effectively alleviate the NaCl stress,and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and vigor index reached 85.78%,90%,39.83 and 1.84,respectively.The results of the study provide a theoretical basis and practical basis for the establishment of Trifolium repens in saline areas and the enhancement of Trifolium repens salinity tolerance.
