摘 要:本文对引进国内外优异狗牙根牧草品种Tifton 85、Common以及安徽本土狗牙根AN001进行了产量、品质及形态学比较研究,为进一步选育高产优质品种提供依据。结果表明:Tifton 85全年干物质产量34.001t/hm^(2),显著高于Common(27.697t/hm^(2))和AN001(21.996t/hm^(2))(P<0.05);Tifton 85的粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)显著高于Common和AN001,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)显著低于Common和AN001;Tifton85的饲用价值为129.61,显著优于Common(100.95)和AN001(98.76)(P<0.05);Tifton 85的茎叶比为0.66,显著小于Common(1.21)和AN001(1.95)(P<0.05);茎横切面的木质素染色占比为15.79%,小于Common(16.26%)(P>0.05)和AN001(20.19%)(P<0.05)。牧草品质分析表明:优质狗牙根牧草品种Tifton 85在化学成分上表现为高CP、高EE和高灰分(Ash),低NDF、ADF及ADL;在形态解剖上表现为茎叶比和木质素染色比例低,其形态解剖指标可作为高品质牧草的快捷选择标准。综合评价结果:Tifton 85比Common和AN001高产,品质好,在安徽省乃至我国南方具有较高的推广价值。The yield,quality and anatomical morphology of the imported excellent bermudagrass forage varieties Tifton 85,Common were compared with native accession AN001.The results showed as following:The annual dry matter yield of Tifton 85(34.001t/hm^(2))was significantly higher than that of Common(27.697t/hm^(2))and AN001(21.996t/hm^(2))(P<0.05).The CP and EE of Tifton 85 were significantly higher than those of Common and AN001,while NDF,ADF and ADL were significantly lower than those of Common and AN001.Its RFV was 129.61 which was significantly better than that of Common(100.95)and AN001(98.76(P<0.05).The stem-leaf ratio of Tifton 85(0.62)was significantly lower than that of Common(1.21)and AN001(1.95)(P<0.05).The proportion of lignin staining in the cross section of stem was 15.79%,which was less than that of Common(16.26%)(P>0.05)and AN001(20.19%)(P<0.05).Forage quality analysis showed that high relative feed value was highly related with low NDF,ADF,ADL and high CP,EE,Ash.It showed that low stem-leaf ratio and low lignin staining ratio could be used as a shortcut standard for selecting high-quality forage.In summary,Tifton 85 had higher digestibility,higher yield and better quality than Common and AN001,and had higher extension potential in Anhui Province and even southern China.
