摘 要:为了明确不同的焊后热处理工艺在制造过程中的作用,通过组织观察、硬度测试、拉伸试验、室温冲击试验等方法,分析热处理对12Cr1MoV低合金钢自动氩弧焊接头性能的影响。分析结果表明,焊后消氢处理与焊后未热处理相比,接头热影响区维氏硬度(HV0.2)平均降低10左右。焊后热处理与焊后未热处理相比,接头硬度变化明显,各区域硬度大幅减小,热影响区维氏硬度(HV0.2)降低10左右,母材区维氏硬度(HV0.2)降低20。进行焊后热处理后,接头焊缝的韧性提高62J,热影响区的韧性提高78J。通过分析确认,焊后热处理相比焊后消氢处理对焊接接头性能的提高更为有利。In order to clarify the role of different post-welding heat treatment processes in the manufacturing process,the effect of heat treatment on the performance of automatic argon arc welding joint of 12Cr1MoV low alloy steel was analyzed by means of microstructure observation,hardness test,tensile test and room temperature impact test.The result shows that the Vickers hardness(HV0.2)of the heat affected zone of the joint decreases by about 10 on average with post-weld dehydrogenation treatment compared with that without post-weld heat treatment.Compared with no post-weld heat treatment,the hardness of the joint with post-weld heat treatment changes obviously,the hardness of each area is greatly reduced,the Vickers hardness(HV0.2)of the heat affected zone is reduced by about 10,and the Vickers hardness(HV0.2)of the base metal zone is reduced by 20.After the post-weld heat treatment,the toughness of the joint weld is increased by 62 J,and the toughness of the heat affected zone is increased by 78 J.It is confirmed by analysis that the post-weld heat treatment is more beneficial to improve the performance of welding joint than the post-weld dehydrogenation treatment.
