基于“太阳主开”理论探讨开太阳法论治高血压病

摘　　要：高血压是心脑血管疾病的首要致病因素,严重威胁人类健康,因此防治高血压病刻不容缓。长期应用西药治疗高血压病的不良反应显著,且个体化效应较差。中医基于整体观念对高血压病辨证施治,颇有成效。根据临床症状,高血压病可归属于中医学“眩晕”“头痛”等疾病范畴。临床实践中,部分高血压病患者除了具有头晕、头痛等常见症状之外,还有怕冷、肩颈酸胀等表邪侵袭的表现,采用开太阳法治疗不但可使表邪得解,还能有效控制血压水平。“太阳主开”理论源于《黄帝内经》,是开阖枢理论的重要组成部分,高度概括了人体阳气升降出入的功能状态。临床研究发现,开太阳法治疗原发性高血压病的机制,与西药通过扩张血管、降低外周血管阻力达到降压目的类似,遂自拟降压方以散寒祛湿、宣表清里,从而达到开太阳以降压的作用。Hypertension is the primary causative factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which is a serious threat to human health,so it is urgent to prevent and treat hypertension.Long-term application of Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension shows significant adverse reactions,and the individual effect is poor.Based on the holistic concept,TCM has been effective in treating hypertension.According to clinical symptoms,hypertension can be classified into the categories of vertigo,headache and other diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.In clinical practice,some patients with hypertension have not only dizziness,headache and other common symptoms,but also fear of cold,shoulder and neck acid distension and other manifestations of surface pathogenic invasion.The opening Taiyang(太阳)meridian method can not only remove the surface pathogenic,but also effectively control the blood pressure level.The theory of“Taiyang meridian governs opening”originated from Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),which is an important part of the opening-closing-pivoting theory,and highly summarizes the functional states of ascending,descending,exiting,and entering of Yangqi(阳气)in the human body.Clinical studies have found that the mechanism of Opening Taiyang meridian method in the treatment of primary hypertension is similar to that of Western medicine through dilating blood vessels and reducing peripheral vascular resistance to achieve the purpose of lowering blood pressure.Therefore,the antihypertensive prescription is designed to dispel cold and remove dampness,and to relieve exterior syndrome and clear interior syndrome,so as to achieve the role of opening Taiyang meridian to lower blood pressure.
