长桑君脉法脉息术的针灸临床应用

摘　　要：长桑君脉法脉息术是李树森老师在继承其先祖脉法的基础上结合临床实践加以总结创新的一种脉诊方法。其法以脉息比值辨证论治、凭脉息比值辨证分经、选方取穴。根据脉息比值将患者分为少气、平人、脉躁3种状态。少气、平人病机在地部,取足六经治疗;脉躁病机在天部,取手六经治疗。长桑君脉法脉息术理论操作简单,辨证分经精准,运用方便,实用性强,后列举3个病案加以阐述。案一为腰痛患者,患者发病时腰痛较重,虽是“标急”,但根据脉息术测量显示患者处于“平人”状态,病机在地部。因此没有根据“急则治其标”的理论“治标”,而是根据“病在肾,关在肺”的理论“治本”,取太渊穴用补法针刺3次而愈。案二为头晕患者,测脉息显示患者处于“少气”状态,病机在地部。取足阳明经穴足三里用补法针刺治疗,一次见效,5次治疗痊愈,与没有运用脉息术辨经取穴相比,效果明显。案三为咳嗽患者。测脉息显示患者处于“脉躁”状态,病机在天部。取手太阴经腧穴治疗,共治疗3周痊愈。3个病案都是在脉息术的指导下,精准地辨证分经取穴治疗,效如桴鼓。文章对长桑君脉法脉息术的基本概念、具体操作方法、脉息比值的辨证分类及其理论根源4个方面做了介绍,以期为临床提供参考。Pulse breathing in Changsangjun pulse method(长桑君脉法脉息术)is a kind of pulse diagnosis method which was established by Professor LI Shusen on the basis of inheriting his ancestors’pulse method and combining with clinical practice.According to the pulse to breath ratio,the patients are divided into three types,including Shaoqi(少气),Pingren(平人),and Maizao(脉躁).The pathogenesis of Shaoqi and Pingren lies in the earth,and the six meridians of the foot can be taken for treatment.The pathogenesis of Maizao is in the heaven,and the six meridians of the hand can be taken for treatment.The theory of pulse breathing in Changsangjun pulse method is simple,accurate,convenient and practical.This article lists three medical records to illustrate.Case 1 was a patient with low back pain.The patient had severe low back pain at the time of onset.Although it was a Biaoji(标急)symptom,according to the pulse breathing in Changsangjun pulse method,the patient was in a Pingren type,and the pathogenesis was in the earth.Therefore,LI Shusen did not treat the symptoms according to the theory of“In urgent conditions,treat the branch”,but according to the theory of“The disease lies in the kidney and is closed to the lung”,he took Taiyuan point(LU9)and needled it three times with tonic method to heal.Therefore,LI Shusen did not treat the symptoms according to the theory of“In urgent conditions,treat the branch”,but according to the theory of“The disease is in the kidney,the key is in the lung”.He took Taiyuan point and needled it three times with tonifying method,and the patient recovered.Case 2 was a dizzy patient.Pulse breathing in Changsangjun pulse method showed that the patient was the Shaoqi type,and the pathogenesis was in the earth.LI Shusen took Zusanli acupoint(ST 36)of foot Yangming meridian(足阳明经)and treated it with tonifying acupuncture.The effect was obvious compared with that without pulse breathing in Changsangjun pulse method.Case 3 was a cough patient.Pulse breathing in Chang
