摘　　要：化疗药物是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一,然而不良反应和耐药性是限制其疗效的关键原因。中药具有多分子、多靶点的特点,是补充与替代医学的重要组成部分。中药不仅能预防肿瘤的发生发展,提高西药抗肿瘤的疗效,还能缓解西药抗肿瘤过程中产生的不良反应。中药中的皂苷成分是一种结构复杂的苷类化合物,具有来源丰富、安全性高、不良反应小等优点。皂苷成分是中药重要的活性成分,有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节免疫功能等作用。多项研究表明,中药皂苷成分可有效减轻化疗药物的不良反应。文章对化疗药物不良反应进行总结,概述了中药皂苷减轻化疗药对正常组织器官的不良反应,阐述了中西医结合降低毒性的研究进展,提出了抗肿瘤西药减毒的新途径。为研究中药皂苷成分及其与化疗药物联用抗肿瘤提供理论依据,并为新药研制提供支持。Chemotherapy medicines are one of the main means to treat malignant tumors.However,toxic side effects and drug resistance are the key reasons to limit its efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-molecule and multi-target,and is an important part of complementary and alternative medicine.It can not only prevent the occurrence and development of tumors,improve the efficacy of western medicine,but also alleviate the toxic and side effects of western medicine.Saponin components in traditional Chinese medicine are a complex glycoside compound with the advantages of rich source,high safety and small side effects.Saponins are important active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,which have a wide range of biological activities such as antitumor,anti-oxidation and regulating immunity.In recent years,many studies have shown that TCM saponins can effectively reduce the side effects of chemotherapeutic medicines.This paper summarizes the adverse reactions of chemotherapeutic medicines,the attenuation effect of saponins on chemotherapeutic medicines,and the attenuation effect of saponins on normal tissues and organs,expounds the research progress of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine to reduce the toxicity of chemotherapeutic medicines,and puts forward a new way.This paper is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the study of saponins in traditional Chinese medicine and its combination with chemotherapeutic drugs,and provide support for the development of new medicines.
