摘  要:脂肪酸是一种常见有机化合物,具有显著抗微生物特性。近年来研究发现其可以通过抑制细菌群体感应(QS)活性控制感染。本文主要介绍脂肪酸抑制细菌QS活性的机制,包括抑制QS信号分子生成、干扰QS信号通路、降低毒力因子产生和减少生物膜形成等,并展示其作为下一代抗菌药物治疗多重耐药菌感染的应用前景。Fatty acids are common organic compounds with pronounced antimicrobial properties.Recent studies have revealed the anti-bacterial potential of fatty acids by inhibiting the quorum sensing(QS).This article reviewed the mechanisms underlying the inhibitory effect of fatty acids on QS activity,including the way to inhibit the production of the QS-related signaling molecules and signal transduction,as well as the approach to reduce the release of virulence factors and biofilm formation.Their potential application as next-generation antimicrobial agents to treat multi-drug resistant bacterial infections were also explored.
