摘 要:提出了一种具有吸波-透波-吸波(Absorption-Transmission-Absorption,A-T-A)的频率选择超构表面,具有超薄剖面低、全极化和大宽角稳定的电磁特性等优点。在结构的损耗层上,构造了由“蛇形”金属曲折线、金属曲折线终端加载金属贴片和集总电阻组成的有耗串联谐振结构,以吸收电磁能量。给出了该超构表面的电磁模型和等效电路模型,并对该超构表面进行了加工和测试。测试出的透波频带(S_(11)≤-10 dB和S21≥-3 dB)在12.9~14.3 GHz附近。两个吸波频带(S_(11)≤-10 dB和S21≤-10 dB)分别在8~12.3 GHz和15.1~18 GHz附近,低于-10 dB的反射压制带宽(S_(11)≤-10 dB)为8~18 GHz。实测结果表明,在0°~45°的大入射角范围内,当两种线极化波(TE波和TM波)和圆极化波入射该超构表面时,均呈现传输和反射性能稳定的特性。该超构表面可应用于雷达隐身天线罩或电磁兼容领域的干扰抑制屏中。An absorption-transmission-absorption(A-T-A)frequency selective metasurface is proposed.It is feathred by low-profile configuration,polarization insensitivity and wide angle stability.On the lossy layer,a lossy series circuit of S-shaped metallic lines,metallic patches loaded at the end of the lines,and lumped resistors is constructed to absorb the electromagnetic energy.The incident wave is induced by this circuit,and the resonant phenomenon is generated.The electromagnetic energy of the incident wave is absorbed by this series resonant circuit.Both its electromagnetic model and equivalent circuit model are presented.The prototype is fabricated and tested.The measured transmission band(S_(11)≤-10 dB and S21≥-3 dB)is from 12.9 GHz to 14.3 GHz.The lower absorptive band(S_(11)≤-10 dB and S21≤-10 dB)is from 8 GHz to 12.3 GHz and the higher absorptive band is from 15.1 GHz to 18 GHz.The bandwidth of the reflection suppression(RSB)lower than-10 dB(S_(11)≤-10 dB)is from 8 GHz to 18 GHz.The measured results verify that when the TE or TM linear polarized waves or the circular polarized wave impinge on this structure,its transmission and reflection characteristics are stable.This metasurface can be utilized as radar cross section(RCS)reduction radomes or interference suppression screens in electromagnetic compatibility field.
